01What do you make?
Stage and dance costumes, performance wear and custom cut-and-sew garments, such as dresses, gowns, leotards, martial-arts sets and traditional Chinese styles. Not sure about your piece? Just ask.
02What's your minimum order?
Usually from 30 pieces per style, depending on the design, and sizes can be mixed. For a smaller test run, just ask.
03Can I mix sizes and colours?
Yes. Sizes can usually be mixed freely within a style, and colours typically start from around 10 pieces each, depending on the fabric.
04Do you make samples, and what do they cost?
Yes, we usually make one sample before bulk production. The fee typically ranges from US$50 to 150 per style depending on complexity, and it can often be credited against your bulk order.
05How long do samples and bulk orders take?
A sample usually takes 7 to 10 working days, and bulk production typically 20 to 30 days after sample approval, depending on the style and quantity. Rush orders can be discussed.
06How many sample revisions are included?
One round of revisions is usually included, and further rounds can be quoted if needed.
07What do I need to send for a quote?
A sketch, photo, tech pack or physical sample, plus the quantity and sizes you need. No tech pack? A reference photo works too.
08Do you source fabrics and trims?
Yes. We can source fabrics, lace, sequins, rhinestones, zips and trims in China and mail swatches for approval, or work with your own fabric (CMT).
09Can you add my logo, labels and packaging?
Yes: woven or printed neck labels, care labels, hang tags, embroidered or printed logos, and polybags or branded boxes. For anything else, just ask.
10Do you provide size charts or grading?
Yes. We can grade to your size chart or to standard US, UK, EU and children's sizes, and custom measurements are welcome.
11How do you check quality?
Pieces are checked before packing, and we share photos or videos of the bulk goods before the balance is paid; third-party inspection is welcome. We work with you to remake or resolve any production defects.
12What are your payment terms?
Samples are usually paid upfront, and bulk orders typically start with a 30 to 50% deposit and the balance before shipping. Bank transfer (T/T) works, and PayPal or Wise for samples and small orders.
13How do you ship, and to where?
We ship worldwide by express (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air or sea freight, and FOB, EXW or DDP can be quoted on request. Export documents can be arranged.
14Will you keep my designs confidential?
Yes. Your designs are not shown or sold to other clients, and we can review and sign an NDA.
15Can I reorder the same style?
Yes. Patterns and approved samples are kept on file, so repeat orders can usually go straight to production. For anything else, just ask.
